Aletheia Advisors is built for founders and growth-minded business owners who want a business-first legal partner without hiring a full-time General Counsel. This model works best when you have recurring contracts, hiring decisions, vendor relationships, and operational risk questions that require consistent legal support.

Aletheia is not a fit for:

• Litigation, trial work, or ongoing court representation.
• Personal legal matters (family law, criminal defense, personal injury, etc.).
• One-time, highly specialized projects where you need niche counsel immediately (we can still help you find the right specialist and manage the workstream).
• Emergencies where you need same-hour turnaround.

If you are unsure, submit intake and I will tell you directly whether the subscription model fits your situation.

Your plan includes a set number of hours per month of live access for calls/Zoom and deeper work such as negotiation strategy, complex review, and decision support. Unused hours may roll over up to the cap shown in your tier.

Each plan also includes a defined number of contracts per year (drafting, review, and redlining). This is designed for repeatable, recurring needs. Negotiations, calls, and substantive revisions are handled within your included monthly hours.

Response time reflects how quickly you can expect an initial, practical response to emails/contracts (issue spotting + next step). Complex matters may require additional time, and I will communicate timelines clearly.

• Deal support and contracting: I help you structure, negotiate, and close customer and vendor deals—so your contracts match how your business operates and scale without surprises.

• Risk decisions (translated into business terms).
  You get clear options, clear tradeoffs, and a recommendation. The goal is to keep you moving while protecting the downside.

• Commercial infrastructure.
  I help you build the basics that prevent recurring problems: standard terms, templates, playbooks, and approval lanes so you stop reinventing the wheel.
   
• People and scaling.
  Hiring, contractors, IP ownership, and the rules of the road for teams—so you can grow without messy gaps.

• Governance and founder protection.
  Entity hygiene, equity-related guardrails, board/cadence support (tier-dependent), and practical guidance that prevents disputes before they start.
   
• Data/privacy and AI guardrails (when relevant).
  Practical compliance and customer-facing commitments that your business can actually meet—especially when you are selling into larger customers.

• The matter is litigation or requires court filings, appearances, or formal discovery.
   
• The matter is highly specialized and best handled by niche counsel (tax, securities, complex IP prosecution, etc.).
   
• The matter requires significant volume beyond plan capacity (for example, a large transaction or a major policy build-out).

When something is outside the scope, the next step is straightforward:

• We either (a) use available plan hours, (b) agree to a fixed-fee project, (c) handle it at an hourly rate (with any tier discount), or (d) I help you engage specialist counsel, and I coordinate the workstream.
   

No surprises. We align on the approach before substantial work begins.

1. Start intake (5–10 minutes).
You select your tier and submit one intake form so I understand your business and priorities.
 

2. Confirm fit + conflict check (same day or next business day).
I confirm there are no conflicts and that the tier is a fit. If it is not, I will recommend the right plan or a different approach.
 

3. Engagement + payment (one-click).
You receive an engagement package for signature and payment. Once completed, your start date is confirmed.

4. Onboarding call (30 minutes).
We set your Legal Priorities list, establish your contract workflow, and align on cadence for the month.

5. Ongoing support begins.
You get fast triage by email and scheduled counsel time for decisions, negotiation strategy, and execution.

Yes. If you have existing counsel, I can coordinate and manage the workstream so you stay moving and avoid duplicated effort. If you need specialist counsel, I can help identify the right fit and stay involved to keep the work aligned with business goals.

Aletheia’s model is designed to support growth-minded businesses wherever they operate. However, I may not be licensed in your state. If your matter requires advice on that state’s specific laws or a court/agency filing, I will coordinate with qualified local counsel as needed and remain involved to keep strategy and execution aligned.
